A mess of overdubs and out-of-tune piano stabs from the pianos in the practice rooms in Durgin Hall on the South Campus of UMass Lowell subsides to become a single track of my voice. Various choral pieces mingle in and out of the mix. Horns appear towards the end, bleeding in from the nearby practice rooms, wrapped up in wildly atonal and wretched bebop phrasing. The songs I am heard singing include "Beautiful Dreamer" by Stephen Foster (1826-1864), "Dirait-on" by Morten Lauridsen, "Tis love that has warmed us" by Henry Purcell from his 1691 opera King Arthur, and "Where Your Bare Foot Walks" by David Childs.
