Derek sings very raverish lyrics with lots of colorful and visual lyrical imagery. This is the same old "Bangles", except this is the a cappella stem version, for your enjoyment, and for remix makers and lovers. This version of the song was originally uploaded to my SoundClick music page at www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=541671&content=music&songcount=107&offset=0&currentPage=2 on Sunday 9/30/2007. I think that the written lyrics "dull bringing oil wherever you will need it", "dull bringing yum wherever you will need it", "dull bring me home wherever you will need it" and "dull bring me oil wherever you will need it" are all a result of me, Reuben Walton, the transcriber, mishearing the lyrics "don't bring your umbrella you won't need it", however I would need to confirm that with him. But I hesitate to seek confirmation of this lest I alert him that these songs and recordings exist online since he is very deeply ashamed of them as they were made before his "clean slate" of his album Elsewhere in 2010. I see them as the happy musical memories of how far I've come. Him, not so much.
